At Skin Deep Medispa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on eligible items.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't work for you.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is in its original packaging; for safety and hygiene reasons, products must be at least 75% full to qualify for a return.
Ship to Medispa
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our specialists inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for your next treatment.
